How can I get a complete catalog?

Complete catalogs with pricing can be requested from retail businesses by phoning our customer care department at 1-800-721-4657 or completing the request form on the Catalog Request page.

What if I’m not a retail business, can I still get a catalog and place an order?

We are a manufacturer and sell to retail businesses only. If you are not a business but are looking for a certain item, phone our customer care department at 1-800-721-4657 and we’ll be happy to help you locate a retail business in your area that carries the item you are looking for.

How much do I need spend to place an order?

Our opening order is $150.00; re-order minimum is $100.00. A $10.00 service charge will be applied to any orders not meeting the minimum. All items can be ordered in single quantities and for your convenience, we offer pre-packs of our best sellers in most lines.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed by phoning our customer care department at 1-800-721-4657, contacting the sales rep. group in your area (see sales rep listings page), or downloading a fax ready order form and faxing to 1-800-958-4668.

What are your payment terms?

A selection of payment terms is available, including Visa and MasterCard and prepaid check. Your request for Net 30 terms is always welcome with proper bank and credit references. A copy of our credit application can be downloaded by clicking here.

How long does it take to receive an order?

We generally ship orders out within 7-10 business days or less once credit approval is given on a purchase order. All orders are shipped UPS ground service unless alternate provider is requested. Expedited shipping is available at UPS standard rates.

What is your return policy?

We will gladly replace any items free of charge that are received damaged. Items can be exchanged by contacting customer care within 60 days of invoice at 1-800-721-4657. We do not accept returns without prior authorization.
